Chef, Kathy Robinson. Whether you’re a parent, family member, roommate, or
friend, you can make someone’s day sweeter with a handcrafted cake they’ll pick
up right here on campus.
Chef Kathy brings years of professional baking experience to
every cake. Before joining Viking Food Co. at Cleveland State University, she
was featured on the Cooking Channel, competed on Food Network’s Bakers vs.
Fakers, presented at the Fabulous Food Show, and taught countless culinary
enthusiasts' trough themed events and classes. She was also the owner of The
Pink Bandana Bakery, formerly located on Mentor Avenue.
